How long will the installation take?
A straightforward changeout is generally a one-day job. Adding or modifying ductwork, moving the indoor unit or changing the electrical supply can extend it. We give you the expected timeline before scheduling.
What warranty comes with a new system?
Manufacturer coverage runs up to 12 years depending on the equipment, and our labor is backed for up to 10 years. You get the exact terms for your system in writing before you approve the installation.
Can I finance a new AC?
Yes. Service Finance covers new installations, with 12 months deferred, 18 months deferred, or 120 months at 9.99 percent available. Every service we offer qualifies. We walk you through the terms before anything is signed.
Do I need to replace the furnace too?
Not automatically. It depends on the age of the furnace and whether the indoor coil and blower suit the new outdoor unit. We look at both during the assessment and tell you what actually needs doing.
Will someone try to upsell me?
