Can you come out the same day?
Yes, we offer same-day service. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and we do not book weekend appointments. Members have access to 24/7 emergency service on top of that.
Is the repair covered afterwards?
Yes. Repairs carry one year on parts and labor. On top of that we back the visit with a satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not happy with the work, tell us and we will put it right.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
It depends on the age of the unit, the cost of the fix and how often it has failed before. Our technicians are salaried rather than commissioned, so nobody here is paid more for recommending a new system.
Do you offer financing on repairs?
