How fast can you get someone out?
We offer same-day service and will get you into an 8am to 4pm window wherever the schedule allows. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and we do not book weekend appointments. Call as early in the day as you can, since same-day slots fill first.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Around-the-clock emergency service is a benefit of our membership plan, and that covers nights and weekends. If you are a member, call any hour. If you are not, ask about joining when you book and we will still get you scheduled as fast as we can.
What actually counts as an HVAC emergency?
No heat in freezing weather, no cooling during a heatwave, a burning smell from the system, or a unit that trips the breaker every time it starts. If the house is becoming unsafe or unlivable, treat it as an emergency and call.
Is there a diagnostic charge on an emergency call?
There is a charge for coming out and finding the fault, and it is waived once you approve the repair. Emergency or not, you are not paying separately for the diagnosis if you go ahead with the work.
How do I know what it will cost?
Our pricing is flat-rate and given to you in writing before we begin, so you see the number for your specific repair up front rather than watching an hourly meter run while we work.
Can I finance an emergency repair?
Yes. Service Finance applies to every service we offer, repairs included, with 12 months deferred, 18 months deferred, or 120 months at 9.99 percent. Mention it when you book and we will get it set up.
