How long does a furnace install take?
Most residential furnace replacements are a one-day job. Difficult access, venting changes or ductwork modifications can push it into a second day. We tell you which one you are looking at before we schedule the work.
What size furnace do I need?
That comes from your home, not your old unit. Square footage, insulation, window count and ductwork all feed into it. We assess the house first, because copying the old furnace’s size repeats whatever mistake was made before.
What warranty comes with a new furnace?
Manufacturer coverage runs up to 12 years depending on the equipment, and we back our labor for up to 10 years. You get the exact terms for your system in writing before you approve the job.
Can I finance a new furnace?
Yes. Service Finance covers new installations with 12 months deferred, 18 months deferred, or 120 months at 9.99 percent. Every service we offer is eligible. We go through the options with you before you commit to anything.
Do you take the old furnace away?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old unit is part of the job. We cover your floors on the way in and out, and the work area gets cleaned before we leave your home.
Who does the installation work?
Our own technicians, and they are salaried rather than commissioned. Nobody on the crew earns more by selling you a bigger system. Every person we send has passed a drug screening and a background check.
