How fast can you get here?
We offer same-day service and book you into an 8am to 4pm window. You get both a text and a phone call when your technician is on the way. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm.
What does a furnace repair cost?
It depends on the part and the fault. Across the industry, furnace repairs run from under a hundred dollars for a sensor to well over a thousand for a blower motor. You get your exact price in writing before we start.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
There is a charge to come out and find the problem, and it is waived when you approve the repair. That way you are not paying twice for the same visit, and you know the number before anyone starts working.
Is the repair under warranty?
Yes. Every repair we complete is covered for one year on both parts and labor.
Can I finance a large repair?
Yes. We offer Service Finance on every job, repairs included. Plans include 12 months deferred, 18 months deferred, or 120 months at 9.99 percent. Ask when you book and we will walk you through the options.
Do you work weekends or nights?
Our office runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, and we do not schedule weekend appointments. Members get 24/7 emergency service. If you are not a member, ask us about it when you call.
