Heating and cooling, both repair and replacement. That covers furnaces, boilers and air conditioning systems, handled by the same team, so one call takes care of whatever the house needs at the time.
How do you price the work?
We use flat-rate, upfront pricing. You’ll know the price before the work begins so you can make an informed decision before approving the service.
What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, and same-day service is available. We do not schedule weekend appointments. Members have 24/7 emergency access, so ask us about that when you call.
Do you back the work you do?
Yes. Repairs carry one year on parts and labor, and new installations come with manufacturer coverage of up to 12 years plus our labor for up to 10. We also stand behind the visit with a satisfaction guarantee.
Is financing available?
Yes, on every service we offer. Service Finance provides 12 months deferred, 18 months deferred, or 120 months at 9.99 percent. We go through the options with you before anything is agreed or signed.
When will the technician arrive?
We schedule into an 8am to 4pm window, and you get both a text message and a phone call when your technician is on the way, so you are not sitting at home guessing all day.
